Native support of IPv6, IPv4

Our services natively support both IPv4 and IPv6, meaning they work „out of the box“ with both protocols without the need for additional configuration or adjustments.

What does this mean?

  • IPv4:
The traditional internet protocol that uses 32-bit addresses. It provides approximately 4.3 billion unique IP addresses, which was sufficient in the past for most devices, but with the rapid growth of the internet, it is becoming increasingly limited. IPv4 remains the most widely used protocol, ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure.
  • IPv6:
A modern protocol that uses 128-bit addresses, allowing for virtually unlimited unique addresses. This capability effectively resolves the issue of IP address scarcity. Additionally, IPv6 brings improvements in security, routing efficiency, and simplified network configuration—key factors for the future development and expansion of the internet.

With native support for both protocols, you can be confident that your devices and services will communicate smoothly, whether using traditional IPv4 or modern IPv6. This ensures your network is ready for both current and future demands—simply, quickly, and reliably.
